The illuminating system comprises lamps, a fixing device and cleaning equipment, wherein the fixing device comprises a base level fixing part, lamp installation parts and tracks; the base level fixing part is used for fixing the fixing device together with an installation base level; the lamp installation parts are distributed along the tracks, and are used for fixing the lamps; the lamps are provided with light emitting surfaces from which light rays are emitted; the cleaning equipment are matched with the tracks by moving relatively along the tracks; the cleaning equipment is provided with a track advancing device, a power device and a cleaning piece; the track advancing device is used for attaching the cleaning equipment to the tracks; the power device is used for driving the cleaning equipment to move along the tracks; and the cleaning piece is used for cleaning the light emitting surfaces of the lamps.
