The invention relates to a method for producing a new building material from construction waste and industrial residue. The method comprises the steps of crushing the waste and used materials, mixing the crushed waste and used material with different volumes of fluxed slurry with caking property according to different molding requirements so as to prepare a material which can be processed into bricks and tiles, then, shaping the material, and burning the shaped material, thereby producing the new building material.
