Thermophysical property measurement method based on transient time-domain electrical heating technology

The invention discloses a thermophysical property measuring method based on a transient time-domain electrical heating technology, and relates to the technical field of material thermophysical property testing. The method comprises the following steps: arranging a transient electrothermal signal electrode with a transient electrothermal device on the surface of a selected material to be detected; connecting the transient electric heating signal electrode with an acquisition circuit and performing signal acquisition to obtain a time-dependent electric signal; converting the time-dependent electric signal into a material-responsive thermal signal by using a resistance-temperature corresponding relation; decoupling a thermal signal responded by the material by using a multi-layer heat transfer model and a fitting algorithm to obtain the intrinsic thermophysical property of the material; the fitting algorithm comprises a particle swarm optimization algorithm, an ant colony optimization algorithm, a genetic algorithm, a quantum genetic algorithm, a Monte Carlo algorithm, an evolutionary algorithm, a simulated annealing algorithm, a random diffusion search algorithm and a stochastic gradient descent algorithm. The method can solve the problem that high intrinsic thermal conductivity and anisotropic thermal conductivity in a current semiconductor material are difficult to synchronously and accurately measure.
