A left magnetic disk and a right magnetic disk are arranged between the left conductor disk and the right conductor disk. A middle disk fixedly connected with the output shaft is connected between the left magnetic disk and the right magnetic disk. The left conductor disk, the left magnetic disc, the middle disk, the right magnetic disk and the right conductor disk are arranged in parallel. The left magnetic disk, the middle disk and the right magnetic disk rotate synchronously.
