The invention discloses a method capable of controlling fan rotating speed. The method capable of controlling the fan rotating speed comprises following steps: firstly, a machine frame system is provided, the machine frame system comprises an integration management module, multiple fan control panels and multiple fans which are controlled by the fan control panels. The fans are used for assisting the machine frame system to conduct heat dissipation, and the fan control panels monitor operation state information of the fans and conduct uploading the information to the integration management module. Whether the integration management module keeps communication with the fan control panels is judged, and whether the number of operation failures in the fans is bigger than preset value is judged. If at least one of the integration management module and the fan control panels is not communicated or the number of the operation failures in the fans is bigger than the preset value, a command is sent through the integration management module, and the command is used for improving fan rotating speeds of the rest normal-operation fans to a safety range.
