Environmentally-friendly composite disperse yellow dye

A technology of compound disperse and yellow dyes, applied in the field of environment-friendly compound disperse yellow dyes, can solve the problems of unsatisfactory sublimation fastness of E-RGFL yellow, not bright enough color of dyed fabrics, easy to appear poor matching, etc., and achieve color fastness. Excellent performance, bright color and high synchronization effect

Problems solved by technology

[0003] Among the substitutes currently on the market, SE-3R yellow and E-RGFL yellow are more typical, but after use, it is gradually found that: SE-3R yellow is compatible with C.I. Disperse Red 60, C.I. Disperse Blue 56, etc. in the color matching process Poor, such as poor head and tail, overflow dyeing, poor matching and even color flowers in the dyeing process; the sublimation fastness of E-RGFL yellow is not ideal, especially when dyeing higher-grade polyester blended fabrics. The problem is particularly obvious
In addition, Chinese patent CN1125240 discloses a monoazo-type pyridone-based composite dye, which is compounded with C.I. disperse red 50 (or 54 or 73) or C.I. The dye of disperse yellow 23 has good dyeing performance, but there is still the problem that the shade of the dyed fabric is not bright enough

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of disperse dyes and provides an environmentally-friendly composite disperse dye to solve a problem that a substance capable of effectively substituting C.I. disperse yellow 23 which is prohibited because of an Oeko-TexStandard100 standard and a European Eco-Label rule has not been found yet. The environmentally-friendly composite disperse dye is prepared through mixing 10-50% of a dye A, 0.05-35% of a dye B, 0-10% of a dye C, and the balance assistant, and the sum of the weight percentages of all above components is 100%. The yellow dye is basically close to the C.I. disperse yellow 23 and has more superior performances than C.I. disperse yellow 23. The composite disperse yellow dye has the advantages of gorgeous color and light, high color yield, good lifting capability, high synchronism, excellent color fastness, good compatibility with other low temperature type dyes (such as C.I. disperse red 60 or C.I. disperse blue 56), wide dyeing pH range (4-8), and satisfying of the environmental protection requirement when the composite disperse yellow dye is used in dyeing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of disperse dyes, in particular to an environment-friendly composite disperse yellow dye. Background technique [0002] Among the banned disperse dyes involved in the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 standard promulgated by the German government and the carcinogenic aromatic amines stipulated by the EU Eco-Label, the most influential one is C.I. RGFL). C.I. Disperse Yellow 23 has bright color, fast diffusion speed, good covering and level dyeing properties, good resistance to sunlight, washing, acid and alkali, and perspiration, and can be combined with C.I. Disperse Red 60 and C.I. Disperse Blue 56 The low-temperature primary color with good performance can be widely used. Therefore, all countries in the world are vigorously looking for a variety that can effectively replace C.I. Disperse Yellow 23. Not only must the shade be close to it, but also the performance must be similar to it. In addition, it must be enviro...
