The up-down moving unit comprises a lifting air cylinder which is installed on the linear guide rail in a slide mode, a piston rod of the lifting air cylinder is connected with the grabbing unit, the movable clamping head can be close to or far away from the fixed clamping head by operating a clamping air cylinder to clamp or release a shrinkage fit casing, and safety accidents caused by direct grabbing by wearing heat-resistant gloves are avoided effectively. The casing can horizontally move to be aligned at a stator to descend and be installed on the stator in a shrinkage fit mode by operating the clamping air cylinder, the lifting air cylinder and the linear guide rail.
