Embodiment 1

[0030] Example 1 Growth Induction Experiment of Gladiolus Balls

[0031] 1. Experimental materials: Purchase gladioli bulbs that reach the size of flowering bulbs.

[0032] 2. Preparation of rooting and germination-promoting reagents: the concentration of 6-BA is 0.1mg L -1 , the concentration of NAA is 0.1 mg·L -1 ; Blank control: purified water

[0033] 3. Bulb pretreatment: peel off the membrane quality.

[0034] 4. Clean the bulbs, especially the bottom of the bulbs.

[0035] 5. Reagent treatment: Spread filter paper or newspaper on the tray, pour in the prepared treatment solution to soak the filter paper or newspaper, and then place the dried bulbs on the tray so that the bottom is in close contact with the soaked filter paper or newspaper , replace with freshly soaked filter paper or newspaper every 24h, and treat for 7d. Reagent treatment and blank control were repeated 10 times for each treatment.

[0036] 6. Rinse the corms, plant them in flower pots filled wit...

Abstract

The invention discloses a chemical composition for promoting gladiolus corm to quickly grow as well as a preparation method and an application of the chemical composition. The chemical composition for promoting gladiolus corm to quickly grow comprises 6-BA (Butyl Acrylate) or NAA (Naphthyl Acetic Acid), wherein the concentration of the 6-BA is 0.05mg.L<-1>-0.15 mg. L<-1>; and the concentration of the NAA is 0.05mg.L<-1>-0.15 mg. L<-1>. The method for inducing gladiolus corm to quickly grow comprises the following steps of: pre-treating and cleaning the corm; using the chemical composition disclosed by the invention as a treatment reagent for carrying out penetration treatment; replacing the treatment reagent regularly; and cleaning and planting after the treatment. The chemical composition for promoting gladiolus corm to quickly grow has the beneficial effects as follows: the corm can be quickly and orderly induced to root, so that the bud germination is orderly and consistent; the later-period operation is combined, so that the growth period of the over-ground part of the potted gladiolus is shortened, the later-period seeding rate is effectively improved, the production cost of the gladiolus is lowered, and the operation is simple, and therefore, the chemical composition has a good application prospect for improving economic benefits of the flower industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a flower cultivation technique, in particular to a gladiolus cultivation technique. Background technique [0002] Gladiolus gandavensis is a bulbous flower of the genus Gladiolus in the family Iridaceae. Native to South Africa, flowering in summer and autumn. There are red, yellow, purple, white, blue and other single-color or double-color varieties. Together with rose, carnation, and chrysanthemum, it is known as "the four major cut flowers in the world". It can be used for flower arrangement, flower border, special flower bed, etc. Dwarf varieties can be potted for viewing. [0003] Gladiolus mainly propagates in separate bulbs, and the annual supply of cut flowers can be achieved by promoting or inhibiting cultivation measures. Breaking the dormancy of gladiolus bulbs is the key to promoting cultivation, so the current research focuses on the method of breaking dormancy. At present, the methods of breaking dormancy inclu...
