Abstract

The invention brings forward powdered carbon fixing temperature range detection equipment which is composed of a laser printer and a fixing temperature controller, wherein a temperature switch in a heating roller of a laser printer fixing assembly has been already shielded, and the link between a temperature sensor and a printer control panel fixing module is disconnected. A front panel of the fixing temperature controller is provided with a temperature selection knob, and a shield module and a switch module are arranged inside the fixing temperature controller, wherein the shield module is used to shield the original temperature sensor, and the switch module is used to control on-off of a conductive filament by acquisition of the temperature of the conductive filament. When the equipment is in use, a fixing temperature is firstly selected; then, whether the fixing temperature range of the powdered carbon contains the temperature is determined by an actual printing effect; after a conclusion is obtained, another temperature is tested according to the method; and finally, all the determination results are summarized so as to obtain the powdered carbon fixing temperature range. The equipment brought forward by the invention has advantages of low cost and accurate measurement.
