PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tool for a vacuum cleaner which is capable of improving visibility of dust on a surface to be cleaned and improving usability, and to provide a vacuum cleaner using the same.SOLUTION: A suction tool for a vacuum cleaner includes: a suction tool body having a suction port on a lower surface for sucking a dust; a connection pipe having one end mounted to the suction tool body; and a first illumination means and a second illumination means provided in the suction tool body and irradiating a surface to be cleaned. The first illumination means and the second illumination means are provided such that an optical axis of the first illumination means and an optical axis of the second illumination means cross each other in front of the suction fool body.
