Abstract

The invention provides a discharge circuit which is used for delaying a discharge time of a battery. The discharge circuit comprises a discharge IC and a time-delay discharge circuit. The discharge IC is connected with a power supply via a first current-limiting resistor and is used for discharge output. When an input of a voltage is detected, a working voltage outputted by the discharge IC at a normal discharge state is restricted at a minimum of 6.3V; when the input of the voltage is not detected, the working voltage outputted by the discharge IC at the normal discharge state is restricted at the minimum of 5.5V. The time-delay discharge circuit is connected with the power supply via the first current-limiting resistor and is used for making the discharge IC unable to detect the input of the voltage when the discharge circuit utilizes the battery to supply the power so that the outputted working voltage at the normal discharge state can be restricted at the minimum of 5.5V. The discharge circuit capable of delaying the discharge time of the battery utilizes electrical characteristics of the discharge IC at different states so that the service life of the battery is effectively increased.
