The invention provides an optical touch control device and a touch screen. The optical touch control device comprises a supporting frame, protection plates, light guiding strips, connecting lines, cameras, LED lamp sets and circuit boards connected with the cameras and the LED lamp sets. The supporting frame comprises hollow tubular corner supports. An opening is formed in the inner side of each corner support. A first protection plate clamping groove is formed in the position of each opening. The first protection plate is inserted inside each first protection plate clamping groove. The supporting frame further comprises tubular straight supports located between every two adjacent corner supports. Each straight support comprises line penetrating holes and an optical path groove, wherein the connecting lines penetrate through the line penetrating holes, and each light guiding strip penetrates through each optical path groove. An opening is formed in the inner side of each optical path groove. A second protection plate clamping groove is formed in the position of each opening. The second protection plate is inserted inside each second protection plate clamping groove. The corner supports are inserted into tubes of the straight supports. The LED lamp sets are arranged at the end portions of the light guiding strips. The cameras are arranged at the corners of the corner supports.
