The process comprises the steps as follows: 1, an appropriate straight-through pipe is selected; 2, the cavity of the straight-through pipe is filled with the non-metallic mixed powder medium comprising 68%-87% of the industrial salt, 10%-15% of the sodium carbonate and 0%-21% of the wetting agent; 3, the straight-through pipe filled with the powder medium is subjected to cold extruding, so that a T-shaped two-way pipe is initially formed; 4, the T-shaped two-way pipe is subjected to annealing treatment; 5, the annealed T-shaped two-way pipe is extruded into the needed three-way pipe; 6, the filled powder medium is removed; 7, the three-way pipe obtained in the step 6 is cleaned; and the cleaned three-way pipe is subjected to drying treatment.
