The heavy current generator comprises a major loop and a control loop, wherein the major loop comprises a direct current power supply, a capacitance busbar and a current rising part which are connected from the beginning to the end in sequence; the current rising part comprises at least one current rising group outputting in parallel; each current rising group comprises at least two current rising modules outputting in parallel; an input end of each current rising module is connected in parallel with the capacitance busbar; the control loop comprises a feedback loop and a regulating loop for setting a reference value; the feedback loop comprises outer ring current sensors arranged at output ends of the current rising groups and used for outer ring control, and inner ring current sensors arranged on outputs of the current rising modules in each current rising group and used for inner ring control; and the current rising modules are DC / DC (Direct Current / Direct Current) rising modules.
