The server analyzes a wishing category of the user's wishing message and issues the user's wishing message to a region range of the corresponding current location information. The merchant's equipment end receives the user's wishing message in the region range according to the wishing category, and transmits a merchant's feedback message to the server according to the user's wishing message.
