The invention is characterized in that the product is obtained from common submerged fermentation of a water extract of the following traditional Chinese medicines and a morel mother strain: 20-40 parts of radix clematis, 20-40 parts of Ligusticum wallichii, 20-40 parts of madder, 20-40 parts of late silkworm excrement, 20-40 parts of red adzuki beans, 20-40 parts of angelica, 20-40 parts of cinnamon and 20-40 parts of semen allii tuberosi. In some embodiments, a fetus cervi powder is added in the submerged fermentation, so that the product is rich in plant polypeptides from traditional Chinese medicines.
