A light signal of the plane light waveguide is reflected to the first lens through the slant surface, is transmitted to the light receiving element through the second lens, and is converted into an electric signal, and the electric signal is transmitted to the circuit board. The laser element converts the electric signal of the circuit board into a light signal, and the light signal is transmitted to the plane light waveguide through the second lens, the first lens and the slant surface. The invention further provides a light transmission connection component. In the photoelectric conversion module, the plane light waveguide is formed on the circuit board.
