A DC-DC converter control device further comprises a triangular wave generator, a same-frequency minimum pulse width generator, a pulse width modulation comparator and a turn-off control comparator. The triangular wave generator is used for generating triangular wave signals. The same-frequency minimum pulse width generator is used for generating a pulse width with the same frequency as triangular waves. The pulse width modulation comparator is used for controlling switched output pulse widths. An output phase of the pulse width modulation comparator and an output phase of the same-frequency minimum pulse width generator are used for achieving the minimum fixed pulse width. The turn-off control comparator is used for controlling the triangular wave generator and the same-frequency minimum pulse width generator to be turned on or turned off.
