Embodiment Construction

[0025] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, but the present invention is not limited to the following specific embodiments.

[0026] figure 1 A schematic cross-sectional view showing some components of an X-ray detector according to an embodiment of the present invention. X-rays are converted into visible light after passing through a scintillator (not shown), and then are sensed by the sensing panel and converted into electrical signals. The electrical signal is processed by the circuit board of the X-ray detector and then transmitted to other devices. The circuit main board has a status indicator light (such as an LED light) for indicating the state of the circuit main board. in figure 1 In the illustrated embodiment, there is an opening on the housing of the X-ray detector, and the opening can be used to form a window for observing the status indicator. For example, the opening can be covered with glass or other transparent materia...

Abstract

The invention discloses an X-ray detector and an X-ray imaging unit. The X-ray detector comprises a status indicator lamp and a light guide tube. The status indicator lamp is disposed a circuit motherboard of the X-ray detector and used for indicating the status of the circuit motherboard. The light guide tube is connected between a housing of the X-ray detector and the circuit motherboard and guides the light from the status indicator lamp to the outside of the housing by packaging the status indicator lamp inside. The light guide tube comprises an inner layer and an outer layer packaging the inner layer inside. The inner layer is provided with a hollow light passage so that the light from the status indicator lamp is allowed to pass the hollow light passage. The outer layer made of flexible shading material is used for preventing the light emitted by the status indicator lamp from leaking to inner space surrounded by the housing of the X-ray detector. Through the use of the X-ray detector, the light emitted by the status indicator lamp is effectively prevented from leaking to a sensing panel of the X-ray detector to affect the imaging quality.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to the field of X-ray imaging, and more particularly relates to an X-ray detector having a new type of light pipe for guiding light of a status indicator, and an X-ray imaging device including such an X-ray detector. Background technique [0002] In X-ray imaging equipment, X-ray detectors are used to detect X-rays passing through a patient on a hospital bed. Generally, an X-ray detector includes a scintillator layer for converting X-rays into visible light, a sensing panel for sensing the converted visible light and converting it into electrical signals, and supporting X-rays. The active X-ray blocking layer and the X-ray detector circuit main board used to process the converted electrical signals and communicate with the outside world. In addition, the X-ray detector typically also includes a housing for accommodating the aforementioned components of the X-ray detector. The circuit board of the X-ray detector usua...
