Abstract

The invention relates to the field of performance appraisal management systems. Nursing staff is an important part of hospital human resources, while how to improve the working enthusiasm of the nursing staff through performance management is important content which should be studied by hospital nursing managers. The objective of the invention is to provide a scientific, fair and reasonable operating room nursing staff performance appraisal management system. The performance appraisal management system is based on computer software and is mainly composed of three modules, namely a staff management module, a system setting module and a data management module. The performance appraisal management system determines coefficients according to responsibility required to be taken by posts, labor intensity of shifts and complexity degree of different operations, and therefore, the weight of posts and shifts such as on-table operation and late/night shifts which have high requirements for responsibility and bear high risks is increased, and at the same time, highly-qualified and competent nurses are encouraged to perform on-table operation and take late/night shifts. With the operating room nursing staff performance appraisal management system adopted, the working enthusiasm of the nursing staff can be greatly excited, and requirements of hospital management practical work can be satisfied.
