Abstract

The present invention discloses an audio acquiring device and an audio recording device, wherein, the audio acquiring device comprises the following components: a left earphone body; a right earphone body; a first microphone which is arranged on the left earphone body; a second microphone which is arranged on the right earphone body; and an interface component which has a first end that is respectively connected with the first microphone and the second microphone and a second end that is used for connecting with external equipment. Through the audio acquiring device of the invention, a problem of incapability of realizing stereo field perception by human ears in the prior-art audio acquiring device is settled, and furthermore an effect of improving stereo field perception degree by the human ears is obtained.
