Problems solved by technology

The existing rotating cell culture devices that simulate microgravity at home and abroad are only used for cell tissue culture, not suitable for insect behavior analysis, especially insects cannot survive in the solution in the rotating container
Furthermore, the rotating container only rotates around a fixed horizontal axis, which is a single-axis type. It simulates the effect of microgravity in space and has relatively large limitations.

Abstract

The invention provides a simulated microgravity insect behavior analysis device which comprises a sealing cabin. A pair of vertical supporting frames is arranged in the sealing cabin, a first rotary frame is arranged between the supporting frames and used for being connected with a second rotary frame through a rotary shaft, the rotation center line of the first rotary frame is vertical to that of the second rotary frame, and an insect culture plate is fixed into the second rotary frame. A cultured organism in the insect culture plate rotates around two rotary shafts vertical to each other, and the gravity direction of a gravireceptor in cells of the organism changes continuously and can not react in real time, so that performance of the gravireceptor is similar to that of the gravireceptor in a spatial microgravity condition, and therefore observation and experiment on life of insects in a low spatial microgravity state phase in a gravity environment can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an insect behavior analysis device for simulating microgravity. Background technique [0002] Microgravity scientific experiments can usually only be carried out on space laboratories, which are expensive and rare opportunities. Even if the opportunity to fly in orbit is obtained, due to the limitation of test space and time, as well as many conditions, many test data still need to be verified through space-ground comparative experiments. However, of the many environmental factors in space, microgravity is the most difficult to simulate on Earth. The existing rotating cell culture devices simulating microgravity at home and abroad are only used for cell tissue culture, not suitable for insect behavior analysis, especially insects cannot survive in the solution in the rotating container. Furthermore, the rotating container only rotates around a fixed horizontal axis, which is a single-axis type. It simulates the effect of micr...
