Embodiment 1

[0021] The silica sol containing 300 g of silicon dioxide was spray-molded and calcined at 750° C. for 6 hours to obtain carrier S, and the 15-150 μm portion was screened for use. Dissolve 187.5g of ferric nitrate hexahydrate, 65g of manganese nitrate, 19g of copper nitrate trihydrate and 5.17g of potassium nitrate in water to form a solution.

[0022] Weigh 80g of prepared SiO 2 Carrier, the above solution is impregnated on the carrier by impregnation method, baked at 120°C for 6 hours, and then roasted at 600°C for 2 hours to obtain the catalyst core Fe 30 mn 20 Cu 5 K 2 S 80 , the subscript numbers are parts by weight, and S is the carrier.

[0023] Spray-coat the slurry containing 20 grams of ZSM-5 molecular sieve with a Si / Al molar ratio of 30 onto the prepared catalyst core, dry at 100° C. for 4 hours, and roast at 550° C. for 2 hours to obtain the catalyst.

Abstract

The invention relates to a catalyst for preparation of olefine from synthesis gas and a preparation method thereof, and mainly solves the problem of low C2-4 olefine selectivity in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. The technical scheme of the catalyst for preparation of olefine from synthesis gas is as follows: the catalyst comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-20 parts of one selected from ZSM-5 or beta zeolite used as a shell and 80-99 parts of core, wherein the core comprises the following components in parts by weight: a) 50-100 parts of at least one selected from Al2O3 or SiO2 used as an oxide supporter, b) 5-50 parts of at least one metal selected from Fe or Co or oxide thereof, c) 1-30 parts of at least one metal selected from Mn, Zn or Cu or oxide thereof, and d) 0.1-5 parts of oxide or hydroxide of at least one of K, Rb or Cs; and the components b), c) and d) are loaded on the oxide supporter. Thus, the problem is well solved; and the catalyst can be used for preparation of olefine from synthesis gas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a catalyst for producing olefins from synthesis gas and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The method of converting synthesis gas into liquid hydrocarbons through catalyst action was invented by German scientists Frans Fischer and Hans Tropsch in 1923, referred to as F-T synthesis, that is, CO undergoes a heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation reaction on a metal catalyst to produce linear alkanes and Olefin-based mixture process. Germany carried out research and development in the 1920s and realized industrialization in 1936. After World War II, it was closed because it could not compete economically with the oil industry; South Africa has abundant coal resources, but lacks oil resources and has long-term Restricted by international social economic and political sanctions, it was forced to develop coal-to-oil industrial technology, and built the first coal-based F-T synthetic oil plant (Sasol-1) with a...
