The preparation process comprises the following steps: carrying out a reaction on acidic silica sol and hydroxy-propyl acrylate (HPA) to synthesize hybrid sol; then, coating the hybrid sol on common automotive glass after hot working treatment; and curing under a condition of ultraviolet irradiation to obtain the super-hydrophilic coating of automotive glass. The preparation method is simple, excellent in film and applicable to an existing industrial production process for processing automotive glass.
