Problems solved by technology

[0007] However, in fact, since vitamin A compounds are very unstable compounds, there is a problem that they are sensitive to ultraviolet rays, moisture, heat, and oxygen and easily cause chemical changes. In order to solve this problem, active efforts have been made on the development of effective ingredient research

Embodiment 1

[0127] Manufacture of the ethanol extract of kaempferia floret

[0128] After pulverizing rhizomes of Kaempferia florets with a mixer, 100 g of the crushed Kaempferia florets samples were put into 1 L of ethanol, soaked at room temperature for 48 hours and extracted. The extracted sample was filtered with Whatman No. 2 filter paper, and the filtered extract was concentrated with a vacuum rotary concentrator, and the solvent component was removed to obtain the ethanol extract of Kaempferia floret.

Embodiment 2

[0130] Isolation and Structure Determination of 5,7-Dimethoxyflavone

[0131] Separation of 5,7-dimethoxyflavone

[0132] The concentrated kaempferia floret ethanol extract obtained in the above was loaded on a 6x15cm column filled with silica gel, using a solvent system in which ethyl acetate and methanol were mixed at a ratio of 10:0.5 (v / v) Separation is carried out, and according to the above separation sequence, it is separated into a total of 5 components, and each component is concentrated and dried. The third fraction (component 3) in the 5 fractions was chromatographed by Rp-18 column Merck&Co., USA) was separated with 70% methanol, and separated into a total of 2 components according to the above separation sequence and concentrated and dried. Load the second component (component 3-2) of the above two components in a 6x15cm column filled with silica gel, and use ethyl acetate and methanol at a ratio of 10:0.4 (v / v) The mixed solvent system is separated, and f...

Embodiment 3

[0138] Isolation and structure determination of 5,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone

[0139] Separation of 5,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone

[0140] The concentrated kaempferia floret ethanol extract obtained in the above was loaded on a 6x15cm column filled with silica gel, using a solvent system in which ethyl acetate and methanol were mixed at a ratio of 10:0.5 (v / v) to separate. According to the above separation sequence, it was separated into a total of 5 components, and each component was concentrated and dried. Using Rp-18 column chromatography Merck & Co., USA) separated the fourth component (component 4) among the five components with 70% methanol as the eluting solvent. Separation was performed using 70% methanol as the elution solvent. According to the above separation sequence, it was separated into a total of 2 components and concentrated to dryness. Finally, the second component (component 4-2) is concentrated and dried, and the pure active substance for improving skin wr...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a novel use of a flavone-based compound or Kaempferia parviflora extract, and more particularly, to a composition for anti-wrinkle, anti-aging and improvement of skin elasticity, comprising a flavone-based compound or Kaempferia parviflora extract, as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention has superior effects of inhibiting collagenases and promoting collagen production, and therefore, may be effective in preventing skin wrinkles and aging and improving skin elasticity, and has superior effects of inhibiting loss of skin moisture and thus is effective in skin moisturizing.

Description

technical field [0001] This application claims the priority of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2011-0006338 filed on January 21, 2011, and the entire contents of the above specification are hereby incorporated by reference in this application. [0002] The present invention relates to new uses of flavonoids or Kaempferia parviflora extracts, and more specifically, relates to flavonoids or Kaempferia parviflora extracts as active ingredients for improving wrinkles, A composition for anti-aging and enhancing skin elasticity or a composition for moisturizing the skin. Background technique [0003] Aging is roughly divided into natural aging or intrinsic aging and extrinsic aging. Natural aging is caused by genetic factors, so it is difficult to regulate, but extrinsic aging is caused by environmental factors, so it is easy to adjust artificially. Therefore, studies on the prevention of extrinsic aging, especially research on preventing wrinkle formation due to extrinsic photo...
