Abstract

The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treating chronic superficial gastritis (CSG). The TCM is prepared from medicated leaven, hawthorn, rhizoma pinelliae, dried tangerine peel, weeping forsythia capsule, radish seed, bark of Japanese cinnamon and the like, can be prepared into decoctions through water extraction, and can be also pressed into granules and tablets after being ground. Through observation of clinical treatment of more than 80 patients with CSG, the effective rate of the TCM is 97.5%. The TCM can be used for effectively treating CSG to achieve the functions of treating and conditioning bodies, is convenient to use, has definite curative effects, can alleviate the pain and financial burdens of the patients, is a good medicine for treating CSG, and is suitable to be produced by pharmaceutical factories as well as clinically applied and taken by the patients in hospitals.
