Abstract

The invention discloses an offline payment and collection method and an offline payment and collection device for mobile terminals. The payment method comprises the following steps that a first mobile terminal transmits payment information to a second mobile terminal through a near-field wireless communication function and receives identity information returned by the second mobile terminal, wherein the payment information comprises payment amount and a first negotiation key, and the identity information comprises a second negotiation key of the second mobile terminal; the first mobile terminal performs key negotiation according to the first negotiation key and the second negotiation key of the second mobile terminal and establishes a safety link based on the near-field wireless communication with the second mobile terminal; and the first mobile terminal transmits the encrypted payment amount to the second mobile terminal through the safety link. According to the payment method, the mobile terminal does not need to depend on external factors in the process of performing offline payment, and the operation is safe and rapid.
