The pet wearing module comprises a main control unit and a locating information obtaining unit connected with the main control unit. The owner carrying module comprises a first near field communication distance measuring unit. The pet wearing module further comprises a second near field communication distance measuring unit connected with the main control unit. The first near field communication distance measuring unit and the second near field communication distance measuring unit are used for measuring the distance between a pet and an owner in a timing mode through the signal strength value of near field communication. The safety distance between the pet and the owner is set on the main control unit in advance. When the main control unit judges that the distance between the pet and the owner is less than the safety distance, the locating information obtaining unit is automatically made to be in a closed state. When the distance between the pet and the owner is larger than the safe distance, the locating information obtaining unit is automatically made to be in an open state.
