The configuration device comprises a rule metadata configuration module, a rule configuration module, a mapping access module and a mapping configuration file generating module, wherein the rule metadata configuration module is used for presetting rule metadata by using a system plus a business object as a unit; the rule configuration module is used for performing rule configuration by using the system plus the business object as the unit; the mapping access module is used for performing mapping access by using the system plus the business object as the unit when data changes on a user interface; the mapping configuration file generating module is used for providing a method for automatically generating a mapping table and simplifying the generation of a mapping configuration file. The invention further provides the configuration device of the business object data entry and updating rule. By using the technical scheme of the configuration device, on the basis of the existing business object data processing mode, single-business object data is fully used for completing configuration of a multi-business object data entry and updating rule, and the business data entry and updating rule is separately abstracted to build a general unified configuration idea in which multi-business object data is participated and which faces business object data configuration.
