Abstract
The invention relates to a polycarboxylate-type intermediate-efficiency pumping aid used for premix commodity pump concrete and applications of the pumping aid, and belongs to the field of building materials. The pumping aid is suitable for premix commodity pump concrete with intermediate-low strength levels. The pumping aid comprises following raw materials by weight: 4-20% of a slump-retaining water-reducing-type polycarboxylate-type high-efficiency water reducing agent having a solid content of 40%; 4-20% of a low-cost highly-water-reducing polycarboxylate-type high-efficiency water reducing agent having a solid content of 36%; 5-7% of magnesium lignosulphonate having a solid content of 50%, 1-5% of sodium gluconate, 0.02-0.1% of an air entraining agent and 0-3% of a high-performance viscosity modifier, with the balance being tap water. The concrete water reducing rate of the polycarboxylate-type intermediate-efficiency pumping aid having a solid content of about 13% is over 15%. The pumping aid can significantly improve the workability of newly stirred concrete and durability of hardened concrete. Products of the pumping aid are good in cement adaptability, stable in quality, low in cost, environmental-friendly, and prone to industrial production.
