The method comprises a first step of collecting signaling and voice information of voice services of a 2G network, a 3G network and a 4G network of mobile communication; a second step of analyzing collected data, and generating complete voice records of every call of LTE users on the basis of multi-network multi-interface information relevance; and a third step of generating multi-dimension LTE voice service indexes on the basis of call recording information. Service quality of the voice services of LTE networks can be improved through the method.
