The angle adjuster comprises a cam with a shaft, a fixed cover plate, an attached plate, two fork bodies, two springs, a main plate seat and the knob switch, wherein the spring guide pillars of the two fork bodies are sleeved with the two springs, the moving guide pillars of the two fork bodies are oppositely inserted into the slide grooves of the main plate seat, the fixed cover plate is fixed on the upper end face of a boss; the boss of the main plate seat is sleeved with the attached plate, the attached plate is hinged to the main plate seat, interlocking components are arranged on the inner wall of the attached plate and the side surfaces of the fork bodies; the cam with the shaft is inserted into the axial through-hole of the main plate seat; the rollers of the fork bodies are embedded into the arc-shaped grooves on the cam with the shaft; the knob switch is connected with the cam with the shaft.
