Provided are a touch pen, an input processing method using the touch pen, and an electronic device thereof. The electronic device includes: a digitizer board; a touch panel disposed above the digitizer board; a digitizer board controller configured to detect a first position from the digitizer board using electromagnetic induction; the touch panel controller , configured to detect a second position from the touch panel using a change in capacitance; the host device, configured to correct the first position with reference to the second position, and designate the corrected first position as a touch position. The method includes: detecting a first position from a digitizer board using electromagnetic induction; detecting a second position from a touch panel using a capacitance change; correcting the first position with reference to the second position; and determining the corrected first position as a touch position.
