The system comprises a receiving module for receiving data characteristic information of a water level current value or voltage value; a sending module for sending the characteristic information to a monitoring module; the monitoring module for receiving the characteristic information and extracting prestored information corresponding to the characteristic information; a comparison module for comparing the characteristic information with the prestored information, and performing isolation storing by taking the characteristic information which exceeds a prestored information scope as preliminary abnormal property information; and a determination module for determining whether the preliminary abnormal property information is abnormal property information, and deleting the abnormal property information if it is determined that the preliminary abnormal property information is the abnormal property information.
