Problems solved by technology

For example, wellness programs may include physical exercise to test employees' fitness levels, but they often do not take into account other aspects of employees' health, such as their mental state
Additionally, current health plans may evaluate employees in a testing facility or similar testing environment, but do not offer testing while the employee is in the environment where they work every day, such as at their desk where they work on a computer
Therefore, current wellness programs and tests may not provide an assessment of an employee's mental state while the employee is in their work environment
