The electromagnetic induction speed regulator can be applied in a large-power motor system. The liquid-cooled electromagnetic induction speed regulator comprises a driving rotor and a driven rotor. The driven rotor is in sliding connection with an output shaft in the axial direction. The driving rotor and the driven rotor are located inside a machine shell. A fan cover comprises an annular plate and a cylinder. A fan blade is located between one end of the driving rotor and the annular plate. An air inlet opposite to an air gap is formed in one end of the driving rotor. An air inlet channel is formed between the cylinder and the driving rotor. When the fan blade and the fan cover rotate along with the driving rotor, one part of air enters the air gap through the air inlet to be blown to the other end of the driving rotor, and the other part of air is blown to the other end of the driving rotor along the periphery of the driving rotor through the air inlet channel.
