The light emitting lamp board is fixed to the annular end face, and heat of the light emitting lamp board is transferred to the whole radiator to be radiated through the annular end face tightly attached to the light emitting lamp board. The lamp holder is in circuit connection with the input end of the direct current power source through a quick-change connector, and the quick-change connector can be led out of the annular end face.
