The heat-transfer-printing foil comprises a base film layer, a peeling layer, a color layer, an aluminium-plated layer and an adhesive layer which are overlaid in sequence, wherein the color layer contains the metal pigment layer; the metal pigment layer comprises the following materials in percentage by weight: 8-15% of metal pigment, 72-85% of thermoplastic resin, 0.2-0.5% of a filler, 0.2-0.3% of a defoaming agent, 2-8% of a rheological additive and 1.8-6.7% of a dispersing and wetting agent; and the metal pigment layer comprises metal particles, an amorphous silicon oxide film layer adhered on the metal particles and organic carboxylic-acid metal salt adhered on the silicon oxide film layer. The heat-transfer-printing foil provided by the invention has the advantages that by multiple additives, the viscosity of the metal pigment layer and the metal glossiness of the whole color layer are improved, so that the combination of the metal pigment layer and other coloring layers is closer, the dropping of the metal pigment layer in the transfer-printing process is prevented, and the metal glossiness of the transfer-printing foil also can be effectively increased without influencing the whole color phase.
