The tea drink formula comprises 10-12 g of mix-fried flos farfarae, 5-8 g of stir-fried platycodon grandiflorum, 10-12 g of mix-fried bombyx batryticatus, 3-5 g of Sichuan fritillaria cirrhosa, 3-5 g of mix-fried pericarpium papaveris, 1-2 g of mix-fried scorpion, and 4-5 pieces of scented tea. The preparation method comprises: adding the raw materials of mix-fried flos farfarae, stir-fried platycodon grandiflorum, mix-fried bombyx batryticatus, Sichuan fritillaria cirrhosa, mix-fried pericarpium papaveris, and mix-fried scorpion in a distilling flask, adding clear water with an amount being 5 times of the amount of the raw materials, boiling till the water in the distilling flask is completely evaporated, collecting water vapor, liquefying the water vapor; infusing the scented tea in boiling water for 5-8 min, wherein the water amount is 300 ml, filtering the water to obtain scented tea water; and mixing the collected water vapor with the scented tea water to obtain the drink. The method of the invention is simple; the materials are easily available; the efficacy is great; the method is economical and practical; and the obtained tea drink has various effects of dispelling wind and resolving phlegm, diffusing lung qi, clearing and diffusing warm dryness, and the like.
