Embodiment Construction

[0033] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but not as a limitation of the present invention.

[0034] figure 1 It is a schematic flow chart of a three-dimensional reconstruction method for ultrasound sequence images based on statistics in an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific steps include:

[0035] Step S1,

[0036] According to the given three imaging parameters of size, interval and initial pose of the three-dimensional ultrasound image, the original three-dimensional ultrasound image of the region of interest is constructed.

[0037] Define the size of the original 3D ultrasound image as n 1 ×n 2 ×n 3 , the image spacing is [a 1 ,a 2 ,a 3 ].

[0038] Step S2,

[0039] Traverse each frame of the two-dimensional ultrasound sequence image, calculate the contribution of the pixel points within the statistical range of each pixel point in the two-dimen...

Abstract

The invention discloses a statistics-based ultrasonic sequence image three-dimensional reconstruction method and system. The method comprises the steps: according to given imaging parameters, constructing a three-dimensional ultrasonic original image of a region of interest; conducting traversal on each frame of two-dimensional ultrasonic sequence image, and calculating a distance contribution threshold value of each pixel point; using any frame of two-dimensional ultrasonic sequence image as a reference image, and calculating rotation matrixes and translation vectors of the other frames of two-dimensional ultrasonic sequence images relative to the reference image; conducting traversal on the constructed three-dimensional ultrasonic original image, determining the optimal interpolation value range of the three-dimensional ultrasonic original image through the distance contribution threshold values of the pixel points within the searching range according to the rotation matrixes and the translation vectors, conducting voxel valuation on the three-dimensional ultrasonic image according to distance weight factors, and refreshing the distance weight factors of the voxel; conducting traversal on the three-dimensional ultrasonic image, and calculating a voxel value of a vacant voxel through the interpolation method according to the searching range and the distance weight factors. According to the statistics-based ultrasonic sequence image three-dimensional reconstruction method and system, three-dimensional voxel data of the ultrasonic image can be reconstructed rapidly and precisely, and theoretical guidance is provided for clinical focus diagnosis and treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a method and system for three-dimensional reconstruction of ultrasonic sequence images based on statistics. Background technique [0002] Ultrasound imaging is a method and technology that uses ultrasonic waves to irradiate the human body, and obtains visible images of the nature and structure of human tissue by receiving and processing echoes that carry characteristic information of human tissue. Together with CT and MRI, it is called the three major imaging studies of modern medicine. . Compared with CT and MRI, ultrasound imaging has the advantages of short acquisition time, no need for intravenous contrast agent, no ionizing radiation, economical and convenient, real-time imaging, etc., and has become an essential clinical diagnostic and therapeutic equipment. However, when doctors want to understand the structure of organs more accurately, traditional 2D imaging cannot mee...
