The inside of the drain valve is divided into an inner cavity and an outer cavity through a diaphragm; the inner cavity is communicated with a cavity between a first valve plate and a second valve plate through a channel on the casing; the outer cavity is communicated with an internal cavity of the casing. The drain valve is fixed inside the casing, and a drain valve seat is mounted under the drain valve; one end of a drain valve stem component is movably mounted in the drain valve seat, and the other end of the drain valve stem component plugs a drain outlet through a drain valve plate; a drain resetting device is arranged on a drain valve stem which penetrates the diaphragm in the drain valve and is fixed with the same.
