The invention provides an aviation piston engine starting valve and an aviation piston engine with the same. The aviation piston engine starting valve comprises a valve case, a valve body and a pretightening part. The valve case is provided with a containing cavity. The first end of the valve case is provided with a first end opening communicated with the containing cavity. The first end opening is provided with a conical face. The valve case is provided with an air inlet hole which penetrates through the valve case in the radial direction and is communicated with the containing cavity. The valve body is movably arranged in the containing cavity. The first end of the valve body is provided with a sealing conical face matched with the conical face of the first end opening. The valve body is provided with the opening position for separating the sealing conical face from the first end opening, and the closing position for attaching the sealing conical face to the first end opening. The pretightening part is connected between the valve body and the valve body case, and exerts force on the valve body to enable the valve body to move towards the closing position.
