Abstract

The capillary electrophoresis analysis system comprises a direct-current high-voltage power supply, a nanoliter sample-injection valve with a built-in nanoliter sample ring, the micro-injection pump, a capillary three-way valve, a separation capillary, a detector and an electrophoresis waste liquid bottle with an electrophoresis buffer solution and a bottle plug. The capillary electrophoresis analysis system utilizes the micro-injection pump to drive liquid flows at a flowing rate of nL/min so that the liquid flows can integrally move in the capillary from a positive pole to a negative pole, and the liquid flows driven by the micro-injection pump replace electroosmotic flows so that all ingredients of the sample are separated because of different electrophoresis speeds. The capillary electrophoresis analysis system has the characteristics of high separation efficiency, fast analysis speed, simple processes and good reappearance.
