Abstract

The invention provides a liquefaction device for preparing starch sugar. The liquefaction device for preparing starch sugar comprises a liquefaction column, a material inlet tube connected with a material inlet of the liquefaction column, and a discharge tube connected with a discharge opening of the liquefaction column, wherein the material inlet is formed in the lower part of the liquefaction column, a material outlet is formed in the top of the liquefaction column, and the discharge opening is formed in the bottom of the liquefaction column. The bottom of the liquefaction device provided by the invention is of a conical structure, the direction of the material inlet tube is the direction of a tangent line of the material inlet, and starch liquefaction solution enters the liquefaction device and is uniformly and rotatably fed, thus proteins in starch are adequately flocculated and removed. The invention further provides a liquefaction method for preparing starch sugar. According to the liquefaction method provided by the invention, a hydrolysis temperature is increased and hydrolysis time is shortened; meanwhile, the liquefaction device is used for liquefaction to achieve the purpose of adequately flocculating proteins, thus proteins can be removed better in the filter procedure and further the quality of the starch sugar product is improved.
