Problems solved by technology

At present, the research on cellulose degradation is mostly focused on the acid degradation method, but the traditional acid degradation method has high requirements on the performance of the reactor and cannot recover the acid solution, and the treatment of the acid solution increases the environmental load; the alkali degradation method also has the acid degradation method. Defects, and require high temperature treatment, while the oxidation method requires the use of strengthening agents, which may lead to incomplete degradation

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for pyrolyzing cellulose in the presence of a deep eutectic solvent. The method comprises the following steps of (1), adding alkali metal carbonate in a high-polarity polybasic alcohol according to a molar ratio of (5:1)-(10:1), heating and stirring for 0.5-2 hours at 80-100 DEG C to obtain a uniform and transparent liquid; and (2) adding a cellulose raw material subjected to mechanical shearing pretreatment or combined physical-chemical pretreatment into the liquid obtained in the step (1), heating for 1-6 hours at 130-180 DEG C, pyrolyzing and reacting to obtain a glucose-polybasic alcohol solution, extracting the obtained glucose-polybasic alcohol solution and further fermenting the glucose-polybasic alcohol solution to prepare ethanol. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple process and low cost and is particularly suitable for industrially preparing ethanol as a fuel by decomposing a cellulosic biomass and is also suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of degrading cellulose, in particular to a method for pyrolyzing cellulose raw materials with a deep eutectic solvent. Background technique [0002] With the increasing shortage of non-renewable resources such as petroleum and coal and the increasing attention and attention to environmental pollution in various countries, cellulose will surely become one of the most important industrial raw materials in the future. It will be a good development direction to produce fuel and prepare chemical products by degrading cellulose. Cellulose degradation generally includes acid degradation, alkali degradation, and oxidation. Through degradation, glycosidic bonds are broken to generate oligosaccharides or monosaccharides, and further fuel ethanol, methylglyoxal, etc. can be obtained. At present, the research on cellulose degradation is mostly focused on the acid degradation method, but the traditional acid degradation method ha...
