Embodiment 1

[0137] An embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission method, which is applicable to the above-mentioned BSSs with overlapping coverage areas. The execution body of the method in this embodiment is a device in the first BSS (which can be an AP or an STA). Refer to figure 2 , the method includes:

[0138] Step 101: A device in a first BSS receives a data frame sent by a device in a second BSS.

[0139] In an embodiment, the first BSS may be a long-distance BSS or a short-distance BSS. The second BSS may be a short-distance BSS, and the normal transmission power of the AP in the short-distance BSS, that is, the normal transmission power of the short-distance AP is lower than the aforementioned threshold. The data frame sent by the device in the second BSS includes a Preamble sequence and a MAC frame, the transmit power of the Preamble sequence is the first power, and the transmit power of the MAC frame is the second power, that is, the device in the second...

Embodiment 2

[0146] In this embodiment of the present invention, taking the device in the first BSS as the device in the long-distance BSS as an example, a data transmission method provided in Embodiment 1 of the present invention is described. The execution subject of the method in this embodiment is the device in the first BSS Device (can be AP or STA), see image 3 , the method includes:

[0147] Step 201: A device in a first BSS receives a data frame sent by a device in a second BSS.

[0148] In an embodiment, the second BSS may be a short-distance BSS, and the normal transmit power of the APs in the short-distance BSS is lower than the aforementioned threshold. The data frame sent by the device in the second BSS includes a Preamble sequence and a MAC frame, the transmit power of the Preamble sequence is the first power, and the transmit power of the MAC frame is the second power, that is, the device in the second BSS uses the first power The preamble sequence of the data frame is se...

Embodiment 3

[0188] In this embodiment of the present invention, taking the device in the first BSS as the device in the short-distance BSS as an example, a data transmission method provided by Embodiment 1 of the present invention is described. The execution subject of the method in this embodiment is the device in the first BSS Device (can be AP or STA), see Figure 8 , the method includes:

[0189] Step 301: A device in a first BSS receives a data frame sent by a device in a second BSS.

[0190] In an embodiment, the second BSS may be a short-distance BSS, and the normal transmit power of the APs in the short-distance BSS is lower than the aforementioned threshold. The data frame sent by the device in the second BSS includes a Preamble sequence and a MAC frame, the transmit power of the Preamble sequence is the first power, and the transmit power of the MAC frame is the second power, that is, the device in the second BSS uses the first power The preamble sequence of the data frame is ...

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a method and device for data transmission. The method comprises: a data frame transmitted by a device in a second BSS is received by a device in a first BSS, where the data frame transmitted by the device in the second BSS comprises a preamble series and a MAC frame, the transmission power for the preamble series is a first power, the transmission power of the MAC frame is a second power, and the first power is greater than the second power; if the data frame received by the device in the first BSS comprises the preamble series but does not comprise the MAC frame, then a NAV value is configured on the basis of a SIG domain in the preamble series; and, data is transmitted on the basis of the NAV value. The present invention allows a device in a long-distance BSS to not interfere with data transmission of a device in a short-distance BSS.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the communication field, in particular to a data transmission method and equipment. Background technique [0002] BSS (Basic Service Set, Basic Service Set) is a term in WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network, wireless local area network), used to describe a group of mobile devices communicating with each other in 802.11WLAN, a BSS usually includes an AP (Access Point , access point) and several STAs (Station, station). AP and STA generally transmit data with their own normal transmission power. The normal transmission power of AP is a fixed value, but the normal transmission power of STA is not a fixed value. This value is determined by the data sent to the STA by the AP communicating with the STA. Determined by power attenuation. Generally, the farther the distance between the AP and the STA communicating with each other is, the greater the power attenuation is, and the greater the transmission power used by the STA to c...
