Abstract

The invention provides a method for retrieving patent documents and a visualization patent retrieving system to solve the problem that patent retrieving efficiency is low at present. The method comprises the steps that visualization parameters corresponding to content clicked by a user on a visualization interface are obtained, and first retrieving information is automatically generated according to the visualization parameters, wherein the first retrieving information comprises at least one retrieving dimension and field data corresponding to the retrieving dimensions; the retrieving dimensions and the corresponding field data are combined to generate corresponding retrieving formulas; the retrieving formulas are used for conducting retrieving in a patent database, and patient documents matched with the retrieving formulas and display content corresponding to all the retrieving dimensions are determined; preset display rules are matched with the display content of each retrieving dimension, and display modes of the field data displayed in all the retrieving dimensions are determined; the field data displayed in all the retrieving dimensions are displayed on the visualization interface according to the display modes.
