Problems solved by technology

However, at present, the resources of Artemia in the world are limited, and the resources of adult Artemia mainly rely on wild reproduction. The technical content of artificial breeding of Artemia in the world is also relatively low, mainly due to the extensive cultivation in Vietnam and other countries.

Abstract

The invention provides a method using composite bait of microalgae and other microorganisms to culture artemia. The method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing composite bait of microalgae and other microorganisms; (2) hatching nauplius of the artemia, and separating to obtain the primarily hatched nauplius of the artemia after hatching for 24 hours; (3) inoculating and culturing the primarily hatched nauplius of the artemia, wherein an artemia culturing solution is inoculated with the microalgae; (4) culturing the artemia, feeding other microorganisms for the first time after the primarily hatched nauplius of the artemia is inoculated for 24 hours, and maintaining the concentration of the microalgae all the time. The method has the advantages that the culturing is realized by a one-step food chain type, rich nutrients are provided, the culturing is convenient, the poison and harmfulness are avoided, and the cost is very low; the composite bait of microalgae and other microorganisms contains various types of growth promoting factors, so the resistant capability of the artemia is improved, the growth is quick, and the culturing density reaches 1000-10,000ind/L.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of artemia cultivation, in particular to a method for compound cultivation of artemia by using microalgae and other microorganisms. Background technique [0002] Artemia sp., also known as Artemia sp., is a small crustacean with wide temperature and salt tolerance, and can live in fresh water and salt water. Artemia is rich in nutrients, and the dry product contains 60% protein, 20% fat, rich high-level unsaturated fatty acids, trace elements and various growth factors. As a high-quality live bait, Artemia is widely used in aquaculture. However, at present, artemia resources are limited in the world, and adult artemia resources mainly rely on wild breeding. Internationally, the technical content of artificially breeding artemia is also relatively low, mainly extensive farming in countries such as Vietnam. At present, the commonly used breeding method is to use fertilizer water and brine rich in biological bait in th...
