The end part anti-loosening self-locking rope sleeve comprises a spiral coil and a lock disk which are fixed together through a screw rod, wherein the spiral coil is provided with a rope groove which extends spirally; the spiral clockwise directions of the inner ring of the rope groove and the outer ring of the rope groove are opposite; an arc-shaped bent part is arranged on a joint between the inner ring and the outer ring; a groove surrounding the spiral coil is formed in the circumferential end face of the outer side of the spiral coil; the steel wire rope can be coiled in the rope groove in a shape matching way, and finally enters the groove to be wound; the steel wire rope in the rope groove can be compressed by the lock disk.
