The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) pulping earthworms; 2) mixing the earthworm pulp with water; 3) adjusting pH value; 4) filtering; 5) adding earthworm hydrolysis amino acid; 6) adding the agricultural rare earth and reacting; 7) adding the fulvic acid and reacting; 8) adding the compound sodium nitrophenolate and reacting; and 9) filtering, sterilizing and filling to obtain a finished product.
